Protecting your private information is our priority.  This Statement of Privacy applies to https://alpha-netllc.com and Alpha Net Enterprises LLC and governs data collection and usage.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Alpha Net Enterprises LLC include https://alpha-netllc.com and Alpha-Net.  The Alpha-Net website is a Networking & Financial Ecommerce site.  By using the Alpha-Net website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

To better provide you with products and services offered, Alpha-Net may collect personally identifiable information (PII), such as your:

    • First and Last Name
    • Mailing Address
    • E-mail Address
    • Phone Number

If you purchase Alpha-Net’s products and services, we collect billing and credit/debit card information.  This information is used to complete purchase transactions.  Alpha-Net may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as you:

    • Gender
    • Household Income

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information (PII) or personally sensitive data through Alpha-Net’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others outside of Alpha-Net.

Information about your computer hardware and software may automatically be collected by Alpha-Net.  This information can include: your OP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Alpha-Net website.

Use of Cookies

Children Under Thirteen

Alpha-Net does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of thirteen.  The minimum age to use our website is eighteen years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under thirteen years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.  If a child under thirteen years of age has provided us with personal data, their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe from Third Party Communications

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving announcements of certain information.  Users may opt out of receiving any or all communications from third-party partners of Alpha-Net by contacting us here:
